This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 12 to 14 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1 st respondent, namely Dheenadayalan in the above Review Application. 2.Mr.N.Daranath, learned Counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.D.Bennington, learned Counsel on record for the Respondent Nos.9 to 14
are before this Court.
3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.9 to 14 submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of no objection by the counsel for the respondents 9 to 14, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
