It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with by the respondent by passing G.O.Ms.No.84, Home (Police 2) Department dated 24.01.2017, which is taken on file and order. It is also indicated in the said order that the petitioner is eligible for pay fixation as per ruling 17 of FR27.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per para 6 of the order, Review is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and it was dismissed during the course of last week and prays for permission to submit a representation in this regard to the respondent and it is always open to the petitioner to do so.

3. In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
