ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 258, 259(1)(b)(d)(ii)(iii)& (iv) of Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 and Rule 127 of Panchayats (Election) Rules, 1995 by the unsuccesful candidates in the Panchayat Elections held on 19.10.2011 for the post of District Ward Councilor in Ward No.23 of Thiruvallur District to declare the Election of the 1st respondent as District Ward Councilor as void and to declare the petitioner as the duly elected District Ward Councilor. The petitioner has filed before the District Judge, Tiruvallur and the same was dismissed with cost in O.P.No.194/2011. Aggreived by this, the present civil revision petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that since the Election petition was turned down 19.10.2011 as on date nothing survives for adjudication in this civil revision petitioner. 2/4

4..Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
