Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth and sixth respondents to pay the difference of accumulated stipend arrear amount of Rs.40,000/- for the demand made in the letter dated 05.09.2023 as per the Revised Government Orders viz. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus to the fifth and sixth respondents to pay the difference of accumulated stipend arrear amount of Rs.40,000/- for the demand made in the letter dated 05.09.2023 as per the Revised Government Orders viz. G.O.(Ms).No.335, Health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2) Department dated 29.07.2021 and G.O.(D).No.98, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 25.01.2023, for the service rendered between December 2022 to March 2023 with interest till date.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, fifth and sixth respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
