The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include his name in the merit list for the Scheduled Caste students and give him admission in the MBBS course for the academic year 2011-12. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
