2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. In view of the same, no legal heirs have come forward with substitution petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
