O R D E R

This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 18.09.2025 received from the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate/VII Judicial Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, through the learned Principal Judge, Principal Sessions Court, Chennai and also the letter dated 20.09.2025 received from the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in C.C.No.1087 of 2021, by a period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate/VII Judicial Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in C.C.No.1087 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate/VII Judicial Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, is hereby extended by three months from today.
