This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruppur to commence the trial and dispose of the case in Crime No.33/2011 on the file of the respondent as early as possible.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that crime No.33/2011 originally pending of the file of the Tiruppur District Crime Branch was transferred to Tiruppur City Police on the ground of jurisdiction. He further submitted that already charge sheet was filed by the Tiruppur District Crime Branch before the learned Magistrate and that was returned.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the Tiruppur City Police to file charge sheet in respect of crime No.33/2011 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
