ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to survey and demarcate the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on the online application, dated 22.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have submitted an application through on-line on 22.08.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 8. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 9 to 11 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 9 to 11 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 4th respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 9 to 11, the neighbouring land owners Page No.3 of 7

as well as any other party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 9 to 11, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 4th respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law.

(c) If police assistance is required, the 4th respondent is permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance.

(d) the 4th respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(e) There shall be no order as to costs.
