O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint lodged the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.K.Doraisami, learned Senior counsel for Mr.P.Tamilavel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in the year 2019 and the same was registered in CSR No.419 of 2019.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that so far https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent did not receive any complaint from the complainant.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to all the parties and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, and pass appropriate orders based on the records on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter. 5.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
