Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 16.02.2022 made in Crl.A.No.79 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m.

until further orders.
