A.No.2030 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant to direct the 2nd respondent herein to produce proper accounts pertaining to items 1 to 4 of the properties forming the subject matter of the suit in the above suit from 18.02.2015 till date.

A.No.2033 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant to direct the 2nd respondent herein to stop tenancy in the vacant premises to items 1 to 4 of the properties forming the subject matter of the suit in the above suit. A.No.2034 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant to direct the respondents 6 to 32 herein to disclose the details of nature of the occupancy of the premises and the amounts paid by them to the 2nd respondent herein pertaining to items 1 to 4 of the properties forming the subject matter of the suit in the above suit from 18.02.2015 till date. OA.No.292 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant to appoint the applicant herein as the party receiver to manage the affairs pertaining to items 1 to 4 of the properties forming the subject matter of the suit in the above suit. OA.No.485 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the 1st defendant/2nd respondent from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule properties pending disposal of the above suit. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
