But there is no appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents.

2. Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. This Court satisfied to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the interest of justice.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
