Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.24044 of 2015 dated 06.08.2015.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 06.08.2015 and made in W.P.No.24044 of 2015.

2.Mr.M.Vijayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that G.O.Ms.No.304, Finance (Pay Commission) Department, dated 28.03.1990, G.O.Ms.No.215, Finance (Pay Commission) Department, dated 22.03.1993, G.O.Ms.No.241 Finance (Pay Commission) Department, dated 01.04.1981 and G.O.Ms.No.162 Finance (Pay Commission) Department, dated 13.04.1998 have not been complied with and the said aspect has not been taken into consideration by the respondent while passing the order dated 04.02.2016 and prays for appropriate orders.

3.Per contra, Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court in the order dated 06.08.2015 made in W.P.No.24044 of 2015 has directed the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation and accordingly, it has been given disposal vide order dated 04.02.2016.

4.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the respondent
