The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the STC.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur, having been taken

cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 138 r/w Section 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. Since the case in STC.No.2 of 2022, is pending from the year 2022, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case as early as possible. 13.02.2024 Index: Yes/ No rri
