The summons issued to the first non-applicant was returned unserved with a remark "no such person".

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, that is the last known address of the first non-applicant.

In the light of that, the application seeking substituted service stands allowed and is disposed of. The same shall be circulated in "Malai Malar - Trichy Edition", returnable on 07.06.2024.
