This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 07.04.2015 and to file a final report before the concerned court within stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party with regard to the loan taken by this petitioner, from the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction can be given.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
