Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records which culminated in passing the order in Na.Ka.No.4192/E2/2014 dated 17.07.2014, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to admit the petitioner in Diploma in Teacher Education (Urdu) in the Academic Year 20142015 in the second respondent institute by rounding off the percentage of mark secured by the petitioner within a specified period that may be stipulated by this Court.
