ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 406 and 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.1099 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C No.2597 of 2019 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. He would further submit that this court may direct the petitioner/accused to appear before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and file an appropriate petition to workout their remedy in the manner known to law .
