On 05.06.2024 notice to the respondents are ordered and accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner served notice to the respondents and filed proof of service.

But there is no appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents.

2. Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed to bring the proposed respondents 1 and 2 on record as respondents 2 and 3 as Lrs of the deceased sole respondent.
