Advocate for RR-1 and 3 to 5 COMMON JUDGMENT (Common Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Honourable Chief Justice) These Writ Appeals have been filed against the interlocutory passed by the learned Single Judge, by which, the stay granted to the appellant/writ petitioner, was vacated.
2. The stay was in reference to the Writ Petitions filed to challenge the seniority list so revised by the official respondents. Since the Writ Petitions are still pending, all the issues would be considered and determined by the Writ Court. This Court finds no illegality in the order passed by the learned Single Judge in vacating the interim order of stay.
3. Finding no reason to cause interference in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, so as to entertain these appeals, these Writ Appeals 3 / 6
fail and the same are accordingly dismissed. The appellant/writ petitioner shall pursue the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.20113 and 20111 of 2020, for early disposal, as otherwise, the facts on record show that the writ petitioner is not making any effort to argue the case finally.
4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions are closed.
