ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC read with 21(i) of Mines and Minerals (Development regulation) Act, 1975 in Crime No.223 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have transported two units of sand illegally by using Tipper Lorry without any valid licence. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners is innocent person and they has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the quantity of sand involved istwo units.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
