C.M.P.Nos.6194 of 2024 in S.A.Nos.303 of 2023 P.T.ASHA, J., C.M.P.No.6194 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased P.Thangavelu i.e; petitioners 1 to 3 herein on record as respondents 2, 3 and 4 in the above Second Appeal.

6. Similar Petitions have to be moved in the connected S.A.Nos.142 and 144 of 2024 where the appellant (in S.A.No.303 of 2023) is shown as the 5th and the 2nd respondent respectively.
