This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of declaration declaring that the proceedings in O.A.No.247 of 2015 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II, Chennai are illegal, non est, void and a nullity apparent on the face of it. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.A. No.247 of 2015 preferred by Indian Bank before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai, was allowed on 22.05.2017. In such perspective of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
