(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Special Government Pleader for HR & CE/respondents 5 to 8.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 40 days in filing the appeal.

3. There being no serious objection and taking into consideration the short period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
