ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 25.4.2016 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.15173 of 2016, directed the respondents herein to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.6.2015, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 6.10.2016, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he had also produced a copy of the order. However, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
