ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to step up the scale of pay of the petitioner on par with his junior and consequently to confer all consequential monetary benefits and by considering the representation dated 10.07.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner who claims to rectify his pay anomaly on the basis

of the principle of "Junior getting more pay', has given a representation dated 10.07.2019 to the fourth respondent to revise his scale of pay on par with his junior. Since the said representation has not been considered and no order has been passed so far, I feel the fourth respondent should be directed to consider the representation and pass order within a time frame.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2019 and dispose the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
