ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 274 days in filing the above Crl.R.C. against the order in

Crl.M.P.No.292/2025 in C.C.No.829/2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 274 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. 05-03-2026 MJS
