ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, father of the detenu Divya Bharathi @ Divya, has moved this petition to cause production of his daughter, a major, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent herein, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

Detenue Divya Bharathi @ Divya has been produced by the 2nd respondent police. She is accompanied by one Dhuruvasan, 3rd respondent herein, whom she informs to have married. Detenue is a major and though initially was reluctant to speak to her parents, viz., petitioner and his wife, at the insistence of her parents, they have spent some time together. When the matter was called again, detenue has informed her intent to accompany her husband and not to go over to her parental home for the present.

Recording the said decision of detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
