https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ On the allegation that the order of this court dated 17.08.2012 in W.P.No.20433 of 2012 has not been

complied with by the respondents, the petitioners have come up with this contempt petition seeking to punish the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a Xerox copy of G.O.(Ms) No.172, Higher Education (K2) Department, dated 30.09.2014 which shows the compliance of the order of this court. According to the said Government Order, B.Sc., Applied Chemistry awarded by Annamalai University has been declared as not equivalent to B.Sc., Chemistry course for the purpose of employment.

3. In view of the above, nothing more survives in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
