Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the special court for Land Grabbing-II, Chennai on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.10947/2020 dated 25.08.2020 in connection with Cr.No.462/2013 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MILTON ARUL RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter appear before the Special Court for Land Grabbing-II, Chennai, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10947 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
