ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.01.2023, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the rectification/correction in the Survey Number mentioned in the Patta as 180/2E1B instead of 180/2E1A2 and to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.G.Punniakoti, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 09.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
