This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 19.11.2024 and 21.11.2024 regarding removal of fencing on the land and property in S.No.112/5, Thathaiyangampatti, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representations made by the petitioner dated 19.11.2024 and 21.11.2024, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
