The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 27.10.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 22861 of 2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)
has submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.10.2017 has been complied with and accordingly FIR has been registered and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No. 87 of 2018 on the file of the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
