The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner for a direction to the trial court to dispose of the application in I.A. No.915 of 2017 in O.S. No.85 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam, within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The Learned District Munsif, Jayankondam, is now required to dispose of I.A. No.915 of 2017 in O.S. No.85 of 2015, within a month, preferably not later by June, 2022.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
