(The case has been heard through video conference) Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC @ 294(b), 506(ii), 307 IPC of IPC in Crime No.308 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 15.02.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter is listed today, i.e., on 16.02.2021 under the caption "for Dismissal" and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 26.03.2020, granted interim bail to the petitioner till 27.04.2020 on executing own bond during the Covid period and thereafter, it was not extended. Earlier when the matter was listed before this Court on 05.06.2020, also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it was also reported that after coming out on interim bail, the petitioner has indulged in yet another offence of robbery. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is involved in yet another case of robbery after coming out on interim bail, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the respondent police to arrest the petitioner immediately.
