This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents herein from any way interfering with the petitioner's Homeopathy [Traditionally Trained/Hereditary Medical Practitioner] Medical practice in the petitioner's clinic without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now there is no disturbance by the police and hence, the Writ Petition maybe closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
