On perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that if at all any material available as against the proposed accused, the petitioner is at liberty to include the said person under Sections 216 and 319 of Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court during the trial. The prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
