Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.01.2015 and 07.04.2017 and to grant pensionery benefits and terminal benefits by taking account of 50% temporary service of the petitioner served in the 1st respondent Corporation from 1973 to 31.03.1984 as per G.O.Ms.408 dated 25.08.2009 Finance (Pension) Department and other service benefits along with suitable interest to the petitioner. O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed for a prayer to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.01.2015 and 07.04.2017 to register the grievance of the writ petitioner for granting of pensionary benefits, taking into account 50% of the temporary services rendered by the petitioner with the 1st respondent corporation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner contended that detailed representations were submitted to the 1st respondent on 21.01.2015 and 07.04.2017 to grant relief based on G.O.Ms.No.408 (Finance) dated 25.08.2009, amending Section 11 of the Tamilnadu Pension Rules.
3. In view of the restricted relief sought for by the Writ petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representations of the writ petitioner dated 21.01.2015 and 07.04.2017 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
