This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30 p.m., for a period of 8 weeks by order dated 13.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1897 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.109/2023 before the learned Additional Judge, NDPS Cases, Chennai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on 30.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
