This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.C.Sivanesan, learned counsel for the plaintiff and the Mr.S.Thirumalai, party in person for the respondent are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The plaintiff and his counsel are present. Defendant also present. The learned counsel for plaintiff has made an endorsement on the court bundle it reads as follows:- "Not pressing this suit with return of entire court fees".

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for plaintiff, this Civil Suit is disposed of accordingly. Parties entitled to return of entire Court Fees.

This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
