O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 21.03.2023 in W.P.No.8680 of 2023 passed by the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order dated 21.03.2023 in W.P.No.8680 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied with by making the payment and has also given a calculation memo before this Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would dispute the calculation and would submit that still some more amount is yet to be paid to him. If there is any dispute in respect of the quantum, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed against the respondents in accordance with law. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the petitioner still has any 2/4

grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

4. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
