ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The learned Special Government Pleader Mr.A.Selvendran appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished the photographs, which would reveal that the temple constructed by encroaching the road, had already been removed by the competent authorities. The learned counsel for petitioner has not disputed the said fact. However, he submits that the water tank also is to be removed.

2. We find that the tank is placed in the road margin for the benefit of

the people of that area. Therefore, no further adjudication is required and the contempt petition stands closed.
