ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General submits that the direction passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.30192 of 2023, dated 30.11.2023, has been complied with, and that the arrears of revised pension have also been paid to the petitioner. The copies of receipts have also been produced before me.

2. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is of the view that the entire amount has not been paid, liberty is hereby granted to seek the difference of his claim in a manner known to law. 12-12-2025 ASI
