KALAIMATHI,J (Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J) It is represented by Mr.P.S.Kothandaraman, learned Government Advocate that similar matters are pending before this Court and this Court has directed to deposit 25% of the amount awarded by the learned District Judge, Karaikal.

Taking note of the submission, this Court is inclined to grant interim stay, on condition, the petitioners are directed to deposit 25% of the amount determined, in L.A.O.P.No.34 of 2019, dated 12/12/2019, on or before 10/6/2023 and the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount, after filing necessary application.

3. Notice to the respondents returnable by 15/6/2023. Private notice is also permitted.
