This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30a.m., whether S.C.No.295 of 2021 is pending apart from the court hearing dates till the completion of trial in Crl.M.P.No.19627 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18683 dated 19.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
