ORDER
The petitioner/A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 201 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.79 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier applications filed by the petitioner/A2 were dismissed on merits in Crl.O.P.No.11698 of 2019 by order dated 15.05.2021, Crl.O.P.No.13924 of 2019 by order dated 14.06.2019 and Crl.O.P.No.17681 of 2019 by order dated 19.09.2019 respectively. He would further submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is working as Government Advocate and law abiding citizen, who has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready and willing to appear for the enquiry before the respondent police and hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/state, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner/A2 was surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore on 29.04.2021 and the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/state and also the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
