J., Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has already been offered for renewal of license, there shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from bringing for auction item 3 (Daily market) in the impugned auction notice dated 13.03.2020, subject to the following conditions: a) The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) before the respondents on or before 20.03.2020. b) The petitioner is directed to deposit the balance amount of a sum of Rs.21,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) on or before 17.04.2020.

c) If the petitioner fails to comply with any one of the condition found in (a) and (b), the injunction granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
