CMP Nos.6825, 6831, 6833 of 2019 in SA No.556 of 2007 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.6825, 6831 and 6833 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 3410 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent ; ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent and iii) to bring on record the respondents 2-6 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2. Heard Ms. T. Lavanya, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Ms. Ishwarya, representing counsel appearing for Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned counsel for the proposed respondents in these petitions has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments 1/3
