Earlier this Court vide order dated 19.09.2019 in W.P.No.20233 of 2013 had directed the petitioner to file an application before the learned District Judge and on such filing of the application, the learned District Judge concerned was directed to dispose of the said application on merits and also in accordance with Section 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.

2. Now the instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the time to comply with the order dated 19.09.2019 in W.P.No.20233 of 2016.
